Step 1

Register online. Only registered users have permissions to the Customer support (Tickets) and some pages of our catalogue.

Step 2

Send the message via Customer support (Tickets). Select department "Single order" and fill in the message field with the catalogue number (IDxxxx) of required disk.

Step 3

You will receive our respose through the "Tickets" in the shortest possible time. The message contains individual FTP link for the ordered disk and manual to be downloaded.

Step 4

Use the received link to download the image. Please pay attention that you have to use browsers like Mozilla FireFox www.mozilla.com, Opera, Safari for MAC or download managers to download large files!!!

Step 5

Please pay attention that you have to make the payment only after successful downloading.
After successful download the link will be deleted automatically.

Step 6

Please pay attention that Site Managers have the right to delete your link to suppress simultaneous downloads from several computers.

Step 7

In answer to your money transfer we send you password so you can extract downloaded image.

Step 8

Extract downloaded file. Write derived ISO DVD-Audio image on blank DVD-R or DVD-RW using computer DVD recorder.

Recommendation.
Listen to the written disc at first. Don’t rush through ISO file deletion from your HDD. Use only high quality blank DVD-R or RW.
