How to download files from our FTP server

Step 1

Insert the FTP folder adress into navigation toolbar, using copy-past function and press Enter.

Step 2

If you do not see the items wich you ordered, please press "Reload current page" button.

Step 3

Press the item which you`d like to download.

Step 4

Set the folder where you`d like to place your ZIP file.
Firefox using folder "C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Downloads" by default.
You may change this settings in top menu (Tools - Options - General).

Step 5

Wait for complete downloading the file.
